Terms & Conditions – Hacienda Casa Amigos LLC
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, promotions, websites, and digital platforms managed by Hacienda Casa Amigos LLC, including its locations in Port Saint Lucie and Vero Beach, Florida. By accessing our services, dining in our restaurants, participating in promotions, or interacting with our digital channels, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Hacienda Casa Amigos LLC provides dining, beverage, catering, and promotional services. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.


Reservations & Promotions
Reservations, events, and digital promotions (including loyalty programs, online ordering, and campaigns) may be subject to specific terms that will be disclosed at the time of participation.


Age Restrictions
Alcoholic beverages are served only to persons aged 21 years or older, in compliance with Florida law. Valid identification is required.


Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or internet connectivity.


Marketing & Communications
By participating in our campaigns or providing your contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications by email, SMS, or digital ads, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Intellectual Property
All trademarks, images, and content used by Hacienda Casa Amigos LLC are property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States.

1. Promotion Period

  • This promotion is active for 1 month, as communicated by Casa Amigos Port Saint Lucie (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).
  • Each coupon sent via email is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • After this period, the coupon cannot be claimed, reissued, or redeemed for cash or other products.

2. Geographic Scope and Redemption Location

  • The promotion is valid exclusively at Casa Amigos Port Saint Lucie, located at:
     7950 S US-1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
  • Not applicable for online orders, delivery, curbside, or any channel outside the restaurant.
  • The coupon must be presented to the waiter or assigned staff and validated through the web-based redemption system.

3. Products and Benefits

  • Each coupon grants one free appetizer (choose only one at registration):
    • Queso Fundido
    • Jalapeño Poppers
    • Elote
    • Fried Calamari

  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

4. Registration and Data Processing

  • To participate, the customer must register on the official campaign landing page.
  • By registering, the participant agrees to:
    1. Receive an email with a unique redemption code.
    2. Consent to the processing of personal data for campaign administration and future marketing communications, following recommended privacy and security practices in Florida.
    3. Data will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties without explicit consent.

4.1. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

  • The Organizer commits to:
    • Collect only necessary information (name, email, phone).
    • Protect personal information using reasonable security measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
    • Use the data solely for coupon redemption and authorized communications.
    • Allow participants to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data through direct contact with the Organizer.
  • While Florida currently lacks a comprehensive general data protection law, applicable statutes and best practices include:
    • Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Chapter 501.171, Florida Statutes
    • CAN-SPAM Act 2003 for electronic marketing communications

5. Coupon Use Conditions

  • Each coupon is single-use and non-transferable, valid for one redemption per registered participant.
  • Must be presented physically or digitally in a legible format.
  • The Organizer may deny redemption if:
    • Fraudulent activity is detected
    • Coupon is altered or duplicated
    • These Terms & Conditions are violated

6. Restrictions

  • Not valid on public holidays, national holidays, or special events unless explicitly stated.
  • Not applicable to employees or immediate family members of the Organizer unless officially authorized.

7. Modifications and Cancellations

  • The Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion partially or entirely due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or fraud, without entitlement to compensation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This promotion is governed by:
    • Laws of the State of Florida, USA
    • Florida Statutes, Title XXXIII, Chapter 817 – Fraud and Deceptive Practices
    • Florida Statutes, Title XXXVII, Chapter 501 – Consumer Protection
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Collected data will only be used for the promotion and authorized communications.
  • Confidentiality, security, and protection are ensured per FIPA, Chapter 501.171.
  • Participants can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at any time by contacting the Organizer.
  • Explicit consent is obtained for marketing purposes and data use in future Casa Amigos Port Saint Lucie campaigns.

10. Acceptance

  • Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Organizer has the final interpretation of the terms, and its decisions are binding and non-appealable.
